BASIC PROGRAMMABLE LOGIC CONTROL (PLC)
This is a hands-on course integrating Motor Control and Basic PLC. Completion of Basic Motor Control is required for taking this class.
Classes will be held on 4 Saturdays.

You must pre-register in person at the Electrical Training Center.
There is a $100 deposit (Check or Money Order only, NO CASH) for this class. Students with perfect attendance (No Absences, No Tardies) will receive a refund of the deposit.

EMT PIPEBENDING CLASS
This course covers the bending of ½ inch EMT conduit for 90 degree bends, kicks, offsets and 3-bend and 4-bend saddles.
The Houston JATC is offering this class in June, July and August 2024. You may only register for ONE of the class dates in order to allow as many people as possible to take this class.
A fee will not be required for this class, but you must register in person at the Houston JATC Office to take this class.
There is a limit of 16 people per class, but we must have a minimum of 8 people to hold the class.
Class Dates are as Follows:
June 22, 2024 – You must register on or before June 19, 2024 by 5pm.

You will need to bring a measuring tape and torpedo level to class. Work attire and leather shoes are required to participate.
GROUNDING AND BONDING
This NJATC course covers the National Electrical Code rules governing grounding. Article 250 is covered in depth, along with the reasons and purpose of grounding, grounding theory and application, and safety.
Classes will be held on 9 consecutive Tuesdays.
